Dr. Sara Fligelman is an Acting Assistant Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington. As a pediatric psychologist at Seattle Children’s Hospital, Dr. Fligelman has provided clinical services to the inpatient rehabilitation unit, inpatient acute pain service, pain rehabilitation program, and multidisciplinary pain management and pelvic pain clinics. She is passionate about multidisciplinary care and program development, and her clinical and academic interests are related to improving quality of life and daily functioning in youth with chronic pain and other health conditions. Dr. Fligelman received her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University and completed specialized training in pediatric psychology at the Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
