Shandhini Raidoo, MD, MPH is an associate professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women’s Health at the University of Hawai’i John A. Burns School of Medicine. She completed her Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Iowa’s Carver College of Medicine and her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH. She completed a family planning fellowship at the University of Hawai’i and graduated with a Master of Public Health degree with a focus in health policy and management from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa during her fellowship. Dr. Raidoo’s research interests include dual method contraception, adolescent reproductive health education, and reproductive health care for transgender people.
