Madeline Thornton is a fourth-year medical student at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. She received her MPH degree at the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Madeline completed her undergraduate education at Duke University where she majored in French and Global Health. She is an aspiring obstetrician-gynecologist with a particular interest in family planning, adolescent medicine, and autonomy in reproductive healthcare decision-making.
