Lauren Fussner, PhD is a Pediatric Psychologist in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and Department of Pediatrics within the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Fussner has specialized training in the complex interplay of the myriad of biological, psychological, social, and emotional processes that increase risk for chronic pain and disrupted functioning in youth. Dr. Fussner's program of research investigates risk and resilience factors associated with the development and maintenance of adolescent depression and pediatric chronic pain.
