Allison Furness, MD (she/her/hers)

Bedford, Nova Scotia, Canada

Allison Furness originally hails from the Canadian prairies, completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Winnipeg and then medical school at the University of Manitoba. She was fortunate to then move to the East coast to pursue her residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Dalhousie University. She is now in her 4th year of residency and is the current Chief Resident for her program. During her training she has developed a special interest in Pediatric & Adolescent Gynecology, and is looking forward to joining this wonderful community in the future!
