Ellen Myers, MD

Ellen Myers, MD is a PGY-1 Obstetrics & Gynecology Resident at Christiana Care Health System in Delaware. She is a graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons class of 2021 and holds an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Montana. Research interests include the intersection of quantitative and qualitative data, genetics and epigenetics, palliative care, care equity and access particularly for rural populations, healthcare delivery systems, and quality improvement. Professionally she is hoping to pursue fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology. Prior to resident life, Ellen worked as a wilderness therapy guide, an attachment counselor for children with early childhood trauma, and an outdoor educator for adolescents in Montana and the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Outside of the professional sphere, Ellen is an avid backpacker, skiier, runner, and baker.
