My name is Dr. Sarah McQuillan, I’m an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Calgary where I am also our Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology Fellowship Director. I sit on the Program Director Committee. I went to Queen’s University for my Honours Undergraduate Degree in Life Sciences with a Minor in French and then McMaster University for Medical School and Residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology. I completed a fellowship in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology in Melbourne, Australia. I have a special interest in medical education, fertility preservation in paediatric and adolescent gynecology, complex anomalies and transgender care. I now work part-time at the Alberta Children’s Hospital and at the South Health Campus in Calgary. I’ve published several articles in Pediatric Gynecology and presented at many national and international conferences. Outside of work I enjoy barre ballet, reading and hiking.
