Amitha K. Ganti, MD is a first year clinical post-doctoral fellow in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology at the Texas Children's Hospital - Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, USA. She was born and raised in California, completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Southern California, followed by a residency in Ob/Gyn at Stanford University. She was Assistant Professor in the Division of Academic General Ob/Gyn with a focus in PAG at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She ultimately decided to pursue further training after many motivational experiences through NASPAG. Her research interests include improving the patient experience of gynecologic education, exams and treatment, as well as novel device development in PAG and PAG surgery.
